Account Suspension

Deposit and Withdrawal Terms
The methods, minimum amounts, and processing times for deposits and withdrawals are outlined below.
Make a deposit
Deposits at yg9 can be made via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and Bank Transfer.
- Minimum deposit amount: 10,000 Ks (for any method)
- Deposits must be made from the player's own payment method
- Deposits from third parties or using borrowed funds are not permitted
- If any irregularities are found with a deposit, the account may be suspended
Withdraw
Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 10–45 minutes.

- Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used for the deposit
- Withdrawals are only available after the bonus wagering requirement has been met

Welcome Bonus — Available for a Limited Time
On your first deposit at yg9, you can receive a 100% welcome bonus of up to 300,000 Ks. Players must meet the wagering requirement before the bonus amount can be withdrawn.
- Wagering requirement: bonus amount × 10
- Example: deposit 20,000 Ks, receive a 20,000 Ks bonus, giving a balance of 40,000 Ks — the wagering requirement is 20,000 Ks × 10 = 200,000 Ks
- Example: deposit 620,000 Ks, receive a 300,000 Ks bonus, giving a balance of 920,000 Ks — the wagering requirement is 300,000 Ks × 10 = 3,000,000 Ks
- The bonus can only be withdrawn once the wagering requirement has been fully met
Bonus Claim Restrictions
- The bonus can be claimed once only, and bets placed using multiplier-based play will not count toward wagering
- Bonus funds and your own funds can be used together, but your own funds will be used first
- If a player deliberately attempts to meet the wagering requirement by exploiting a particular game type, the bonus may be voided

VIP Levels and Cashback
Players can work their way up through yg9 VIP levels through regular play. There are four VIP levels, each with the following weekly cashback rates:
- Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.4%
- Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%
- Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.1%
- Platinum: Weekly Cashback up to 1.5%
Please note that Cashback can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement is met.
Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

Strictly Prohibited Conduct
- Opening more than one account (Multi-accounting)
- Opening an account solely to claim a bonus and then withdrawing funds

If any of the above violations are found, yg9 may close the account without prior notice and forfeit any remaining balance.
